Bio

Megan Luttrell is the founder and director of Kairos Recruitment, a hiring partner for Australian startups and scaleups based in Melbourne. She started Kairos in 2023, after working inside two startups in New Zealand gave her a taste for how early-stage companies get built and where hiring makes or breaks them. She works directly with founders on the roles that shape a young company - early commercial and engineering hires, and the operator layer that holds a growing team together.

In 2024 she founded Aussie Founders Club, a community for Australian startup founders built around events and peer connection. She also co-hosts Life After Launch with Geo George, a podcast about what founders actually face after the launch announcement.

In 2025 she was named Ecosystem Hero of the Year at the Governor of Victoria Startup Awards, recognised for grassroots work building community among early-stage founders. She lives and works in Melbourne.
